Far and Away Mixtape

In the summer of 2012, I started watching a show called The Glee Project. I feel in love with the show and the contenders. Recently, two of the contenders, Nellie Veitenheimer and Michael Weisman formed a band called Far and Away.

On September 2, Far and Away released a new mixtape, with the following songs Tunnel Vision, Up From Under, Butter Brains, and Hope in Lines. I’ve been listening to these songs nonstop. My favorite is Hope in Lines. Nellie’s voice on Hope in Lines is out of this world.

If you are looking for a new band to listen to, then I definitely recommend listening to Far and Away. They have a very unique style and their music is phenomenal. However, I don’t know where the future of band lies. Michael Weisman is now going to Brown University, which across the country from Los Angeles. Though I think I can last a few months listening to the mixtape.
